These terms and conditions apply to all services, games and promotions on the 7cb platform. By registering or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all these terms.

General Terms

7cb is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms ("Terms") apply to the 7cb website and all associated services.

By browsing our website, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply alongside these terms. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and 7cb.

Section 02

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Important: This platform is only for persons aged 21 or above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on 7cb:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
  • You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
  • You must play under your own identity and with your own funds — betting on behalf of others is not permitted.
  • Any person previously banned by 7cb may not open a new account.

7cb may request a National ID (NID), passport or other government-recognised identification at any time for age verification. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

Section 03

Account Registration

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts — using the same device, IP address or identity — is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all related accounts may be terminated and balances forfeited.

Information required at the time of registration:

  • Full name (as per National ID)
  • Active mobile number
  • Date of birth
  • A strong password

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately via live chat.

All data transfers on 7cb are secured with SSL encryption. Your personal information is always safe.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Payment methods currently accepted on 7cb are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Bank transfers or other methods are not applicable.

Deposit Terms:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
  • The registered mobile number must be used for deposits.
  • Upon a successful deposit, the account will be credited immediately.

Withdrawal Terms:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • KYC verification may need to be completed before withdrawal.
  • Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw funds received from bonuses.
Withdrawals to third-party accounts or under a different name are strictly prohibited. Such requests will be declined and the account may be subject to investigation.

7cb may request additional verification documents in certain cases. This is part of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Failure to submit documents may delay withdrawal processing.

Section 05

Bonuses and Promotions

7cb offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which will be stated on the bonus offer page.

Welcome Bonus Terms:

  • 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
  • To claim the bonus, you must select the bonus option and make a deposit.
  • To withdraw bonus funds, the total of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement: 15x).
  • If the wagering requirement is not met before expiry, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Betting restrictions on certain games may apply when using a bonus — please check the detailed terms of each bonus offer.

General Bonus Policy:

  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
  • 7cb reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
  • Any promotion may be changed or cancelled at any time.
  • A bonus is applicable to one account only.
Section 06

Fair Play and Security

All game outcomes on 7cb are determined by a neutral and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). The platform is committed to ensuring fair play at all times.

  • All games are operated by third-party provider software and fairness is assured.
  • The use of fraudulent software, bots or automated systems is strictly prohibited.
  • In the event of a technical error in a game, 7cb will attempt to provide a fair resolution.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet amount may be refunded.
  • If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, contact the support team within 24 hours.

To ensure platform security, 7cb uses advanced SSL encryption, firewalls and anti-fraud systems. Your financial and personal information is always protected.

Section 07

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7cb platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Artificial or opposing bets to meet bonus requirements (arbitrage betting).
  • Operating an account using another person's identity.
  • Providing fraudulent information or identity fraud.
  • Attempting to hack games or the system.
  • Betting using bots or automated software.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal payment purposes.
  • Harassing or defrauding other users of the platform.
  • Using 7cb's logo, trademarks or content without permission.
Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, legal action may be taken.
Section 08

Account Suspension and Termination

7cb reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these terms.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification.
  • Violation of age requirements (registration under the age of 21).
  • Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
  • Voluntary account closure upon request.

Users may also request closure of their account at any time. In such cases, all valid winnings and balances (subject to all wagering requirements being met) will be returned.

For inactive accounts — with no activity for 12 months — 7cb reserves the right to deduct a maintenance fee. Prior notice will be sent by email in this regard.

Responsible Gambling

7cb believes that betting is entertainment — not an addiction. We are committed to the mental and financial wellbeing of all our users.

  • Users can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits for themselves.
  • A Self-Exclusion feature is available — temporarily closing the account for a set period.
  • If you feel you are experiencing a gambling addiction, please contact our support team.
  • It is the responsibility of guardians to keep minors away from account access.

  • Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content beyond personal and non-commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  • Game software is the property of the respective providers and is made available under their own licenses.
  • Use of 7cb's trademarks or logos without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

While 7cb always strives to provide reliable service, liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

  • Internet connection failures or third-party network issues.
  • Technical errors beyond our control.
  • Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence or lack of security.
  • Temporary service disruptions during server maintenance.

7cb will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For any valid claim, 7cb's total liability will be limited to the actual amount deposited by the user during the period in question.

Changes to Terms

7cb reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified in advance via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. We recommend that you visit this page regularly.
